"This was by far, the best insurance experience I have ever had! Had been trying to get a policy started online. Bad idea, by the way! When I chose to stop in to Ashley Himes, State Farm office. Best idea, by the way! Welcomed in by a friendly staff member and seated with her immediately (her name is eluding me, Hannah, I believe. My sincere apologies if that’s incorrect). But, bottom line, simply the best! Had us covered on a policy in no time flat! A great, affordable policy even! Then, we introduced to the whole team and there roles there. Who does that? "Last 2 times I’ve been, they’ve been closed for team meetings. I understand you have team meetings, but you also should be accessible for clients during those times as well."

We used to be open for team meeting but we had so many disruptions we couldn't get a flow and key team members would miss vital information and training, so we had to make a decision for the overall health of the agency to take that hour 1 day a week for improvement and communication. My apologies that it didn't work for you. The good news is that it is always on Tuesday over lunch which is our slowest day so we could gladly help you any other day of the week and are available via text, email, and phone call during the hours before and after that meeting. Our goal is always to answer any missed calls promptly after that meeting.
