"Last 2 times I’ve been, they’ve been closed for team meetings. I understand you have team meetings, but you also should be accessible for clients during those times as well."

We used to be open for team meeting but we had so many disruptions we couldn't get a flow and key team members would miss vital information and training, so we had to make a decision for the overall health of the agency to take that hour 1 day a week for improvement and communication. My apologies that it didn't work for you. The good news is that it is always on Tuesday over lunch which is our slowest day so we could gladly help you any other day of the week and are available via text, email, and phone call during the hours before and after that meeting. Our goal is always to answer any missed calls promptly after that meeting.
